Landscape photographers

Ansel Adams

One of the gretest  photogrphers of the 20th centurry was renown for his landscape photography. He was born in claifornia in 1902 and was an exceptional photographer and environmentalist

Shown below is a sample of some of his work. A lot of this work was taken mainly in and around the Yosmite National park a vast area of the Sierra nevada in southern California

I have been studying some of his greatest works and have been infuenced by some of his photography and images that I would aspire to produce
.
I will be visiting the Lake District shortly over the next couple of weeks and will hopefully try to emulate some of this work. I don't want to copy this work but it will be inspirational for me to produce images of a simular nature

Ansel Easton Adams (February 20, 1902 – April 22, 1984) was an American photographer and environmentalist, best known for his black-and-whitephotographs of the American West, especially in Yosemite National Park. One of his most famous photographs was Moon and Half Dome, Yosemite National Park, California.

  1. Hi Steve,
Can you edit your blogs if you have entries in twice. Also can you keep cut and paste to a minimum as I really need to see a lot of your own written thoughts, ideas, etc...
On another note we are having Joe Cornish in for a lecture soon I will keep you all posted as to when.

    Steve
